1. Document Preparation:

· Please bring your original passport. Those over 16 years old need to bring their second-generation ID cards; children under 16 years old need to bring valid original documents for boarding.

· Group tickets cannot be endorsed, changed, or refunded once issued. If a refund is required, only the airport construction fee will be refunded.

2. Special Groups:

· Children, elderly people over 70 years old, and pregnant tourists must be accompanied by a guardian throughout the trip.

· Those with a history of physical discomfort must report it in advance. Tourists shall bear full responsibility for personal accidents caused by their own medical history or actions. Please pay attention to your personal and property safety during the trip!

3. Itinerary Adjustments:

· In case of force majeure, threats to tourists’ personal or property safety, or unexpected situations not caused by the travel agency, our agency must explain to tourists if we need to adjust or change the itinerary agreed in the travel contract.

4. Hotel Tips:

· Zhangjiajie hotels supply hot water and air conditioning at fixed times. When checking into the hotel, please inspect all equipment and utensils in the room. If there is any damage or shortage, contact the tour guide or hotel staff immediately to avoid unnecessary disputes.

· According to Hunan Provincial Government regulations, hotels do not provide disposable toiletries. Please bring your own. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Itinerary Flexibility & Child Pricing:

· The above itinerary can be adjusted by the guide based on actual conditions without reducing the number of scenic spots.

· The quotation for children under 12 years old (including 12 years old) does not include accommodation or tickets.

6. Mid-Trip Departure:

· Guests are not allowed to leave the group midway for any reason. If a guest leaves the group midway, it will be deemed a breach of contract by the tourist. All expenses for accommodation, meals, vehicles, etc., will not be refunded, and the travel agency shall not be liable for any accidents that occur when the tourist leaves the group.

7. Travel Prep & Local Etiquette:

· Check the local weather forecast before departure. Western Hunan is a mountainous area with a large temperature difference between day and night; please bring sufficient warm clothes.

· When staying outdoors for a long time, wear a sun hat, sunglasses, and apply sunscreen to protect your skin. The weather is changeable, so please bring rain gear.

· Western Hunan is an ethnic minority area; please respect the local ethnic minorities’ religious beliefs and living customs.

· Necessary trip items: Raincoat/umbrella, sports shoes, cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, insect repellent patches, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, etc. (The temperature difference between morning and evening in scenic spots is large; please bring thicker clothes. A sweater, long-sleeved shirt, light warm coat, and travel shoes are recommended.)

8. Health & Safety Requirements:

· Zhangjiajie scenic area is an alpine natural landscape, mainly involving mountain climbing, and driving time is long. For your travel safety, please undergo a necessary physical examination before traveling.

· Those with heart disease, hypertension, asthma, epilepsy, mental illness, diabetes, legal infectious diseases, anemia, pregnant women, and people with mobility difficulties are not allowed to register. If an accident occurs due to concealment, the tourist shall be responsible.

· Elderly people over 70 years old must sign a Safety Responsibility Letter, provide a 3-month valid health certificate issued by a tertiary A hospital, and sign a family power of attorney and disclaimer. Otherwise, the organizing agency has the right to refuse registration.

· For your safety, pregnant women and elderly people over 75 years old are not allowed to participate in group tours!

9. [Important Reminder] Complaint Policy:

· Tourist complaints are mainly based on the Tourist Opinion Feedback Form filled out by tourists themselves in Zhangjiajie. Please fill it out truthfully. We will not accept subsequent disputes or complaints arising from false filling or failure to fill out the form.

· If you have any objections to our service and reception standards during the trip, please call the quality supervision hotline to resolve the issue locally. If it cannot be resolved locally, you can file a record locally; otherwise, our agency will not accept the complaint. Thank you for your cooperation and support!
